I had the rigatoni salsa vodka and it was delicious, actually the best I've had. The bread and oil was also delicious. I had a Woodford Reserve old fashioned and it tasted great. It felt great to see a wood fired oven understanding they meant business. Great Italian authentic feel and decor. Definitely a place I want to return to to experience more of the menu. Lastly, the service was excellent, and if I'm not mistaken, it was all lovely women

This is the best Italian restaurant in Vegas! The food is delicious and the service is even better. Their hand made pasta is delicious and their carrot cake is incredible!

As a passionate lover of Italian cuisine, I couldn’t resist stepping into Milano—and I’m so glad I did! The name alone set my expectations high, and the experience exceeded them. We started with freshly baked bread and olive oil, a simple yet authentic delight. For the main courses, the gnocchi in cheese sauce was rich and velvety, the lentil soup was beyond delicious, and the Caesar salad was elevated by tender, flavorful chicken. Every dish tasted like a piece of Italy! The service was fast and excellent, making our evening even more enjoyable. But the highlight for me? Hearing the staff speaking Italian as we left—it was like music to my ears! We even had a little chat in Italian, a wonderful opportunity to practice the language I love. I only wish I lived in Vegas so I could return again and again for this incredible Italian experience. Grazie, Milano! Highly recommended!

An Authentic Slice of Italy! From the moment we walked in, this Italian gem transported us straight to the heart of Italy. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and full of charm—perfect for any occasion with family, friends or partner. Located just off the strip in Town Square Plaza, this area is worth exploring before or after you eat. What truly sets this place apart is the authenticity. Laura has clearly put her whole heart and soul into the place. It started with a creative and fresh lemoncello spritz apperitivo. Every dish bursts with flavor and is clearly made from high-quality, authentic ingredients. You can taste the difference. The owner and chefs—who are actually from Italy—bring real passion and craftsmanship to the table. The service from Lori was equally impressive:) The staff were incredibly kind, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food they serve. We even enjoyed a night of conversing in Italian. Although there isn’t an option for gluten free pizza, the pasta line-up is exquisite. My wife had the GF pasta alla carbonara and my MIL had the GF mushroom ravioli. Other menu items like the (Non-GF) wood-fired pizza, arancini, bruschetta and tiramisu did not disappoint. Next time I’m trying their famous branzino (white fish). If you’re looking for a true Italian dining experience, this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

My husband and I were just coming back to town from California and wanted to stop somewhere to eat. We were on our way to sickey's garage but I noticed Milano restaurant and bar. I love Italian food so we decided to stop by beautiful inside and everybody is so kind. Italy is my favorite country and this food no doubt. Takes me back there. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Will definitely have to check it out again when I'm in Town square for a comedy show, movie or anything else. For those who like to eat outside, they have a patio area as well

The restaurant is located on the second floor of Town Square. It's not very big, but it’s a nice spot, and it also has a terrace for those who enjoy sitting outside. The service was excellent and fast. My husband and I ordered the Napoli pizza, and it was delicious! I loved that it wasn’t greasy like in some other places around Las Vegas — the flavor was just perfect. We’re locals, so I’m definitely coming back soon to try more dishes. Highly recommended!

Risotto all'aragosta e arancia! Orange and lobster risotto... simply super stellar! Outstanding and delicious!!!! I am Italian and I feel like this is one the very few restaurants that is legit: Italian Chef, owner and most of the staff as well. An Italian oasis in Vegas Authentic, sophisticate, and traditional all in one. I strongly recommend this restaurant to all of those who really want to experience the real Italian recipe and atmosphere. A little local gem that offer amazing and delightful food and service. They also have a pizza oven and a master pizzaiolo... so just expect the best pizza in town Do not miss it!

Our server, Roberta was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and able to describe each dish thoroughly in a way that was captivating and interesting. She was very friendly and personable but never intrusive. She made our night celebrating my cousin’s medical school graduation amazing. The food was delicious - highly recommend the ravioli funghi porcini tartufati and the tiramisu.
